PIYAS Practices

Who can join?

PIYAS programs are open to one and all irrespective of age, caste, creed, religion, sex. These Programs are for everyone who aspires for a life and living that is full of outer riches (success, prosperity, professional and personal contentment) and inner riches (spiritual awakening, realization of higher consciousness, greater efficiency, stamina, memory, concentration, energy, peace, delight, harmony and happiness).
Any person seeking management of stress, holistic health, management of common diseases, personality development, self-management (for creativity, success, prosperity, spiritual development) will find these programs immensely useful.

Is PIYAS programs are suitable for all?
The customized programs for corporate sector, school and college students, teachers, family members, technocrats, doctors, engineers, lawyers and judges have received very warm response from participants.
Entry to PIYAS programs is open for all above 5 years of age.

What PIYAS program offers?
There are many programs that PIYAS offers depending upon the nature, type, attitude and level of a person or a group to bring out the best and only the best in terms of health, happiness, harmony, outer and inner riches. In addition, programs are of different duration depending upon the level of transformation required and contents to bring about positive changes in an individual or a group. There is counseling, guidance and regular follow up, to help a person to bring, to attain and maintain the desired changes in him/her.
What is the duration of programs?
All programs of PIYAS follow a fixed hours of practical training in allotted number of sessions. Every program is offered in different modules i.e. Regular, Short term, Long term and Intensive.

Regular program means program is conducted every day or 4 days a week for one/one and half hours every day for 30-40 sessions. This regular schedule takes about 2-3 months to complete.

Short Term Program means program is conducted for 2-3 hours /day for 3 days in a week. The program takes about one and half month to complete in which results start coming after 3 sessions.

Long Term Program takes about 3-6 months to complete in which classes are conducted 2-3 days a week for 1-3 hours/day depending upon the availability of time with practitioners.

Intensive Program can be completed in a single day attending classes for 10-12 hours.

Do you conduct all programs in your centre?

We have facilities for In House and Out House programs. The In House programs are conducted in corporate offices, house of aspirants. The Out House program can be conducted either at our centre at select places in India/abroad or at resorts, hotels or Himalayas Mountains on request.

What are the practices included in the program?

Every program is divided into different sessions. Every session range from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. Every session consists of specialized practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, Nisargopchar, Astrology, Vaastu and allied sciences supported by modern science. Every program aims at Health, Harmony and Happiness.

There are different programs that progresses from basic foundation programs to intermediate to advanced programs so that an individual/group practicing them adapt themselves easily and effectively.

Does your program have any side effects?

PIYAS while integrating ancient wisdoms and modern science have taken all care to introduce those practical aspects which can not bring any side effects. All practices are knowledge based guided by systematic approach and maximizing the benefits to an individual /groups.
